With over 20 years of combined expertise, each member brings a unique blend of skill, knowledge, and artistry to their craft. From advanced skin treatments to luxurious beauty therapies, our professionals stay at the forefront of industry trends, continually refining their techniques and expanding their expertise.
Rebecca - Owner
As the founder and owner of Esthétique, Rebecca has dedicated over 30 years to the beauty industry, with a passion for expert skincare and client education. Together with her husband, Gerard, she opened Esthétique in a single room at the Donabate Community Centre before moving to the heart of the village, where the salon has thrived in the Old Post Office building for 20 years.
Rebecca is an award-winning therapist, winning the Best in Country Irish Beauty Professional Award in 2008. She began her professional training at Yvonne de Vilar Scientific Skincare in Virginia, USA, and has since undertaken extensive postgraduate education at The Dermal Institute in Rathmines and Renaissance Training in Howth.
Specialising in advanced skin treatments—including micro-needling, radio frequency, photo facials, hydrofacials, microdermabrasion, and milia extraction—Rebecca combines expertise with a genuine passion for results.
Proud to work alongside a talented and dedicated team, she has built a salon renowned for its professionalism, honesty, and warm welcome. Rebecca is deeply grateful to her loyal clients and exceptional colleagues for making Esthétique the trusted name it is today.
Paulina
With over 15 years’ experience as a qualified beauty therapist—14 of those proudly spent at Esthétique—Paulina brings exceptional skill and a warm, personal touch to every treatment. A graduate in skin and body care and a certified Dermalogica Expert, she is committed to continuous learning, regularly advancing her knowledge at the Dermalogica Institute in Rathmines.
Passionate about creating moments of calm and self-care, Paulina believes every client deserves to feel valued, relaxed, and restored. For her, Esthétique is more than a workplace—it’s a welcoming haven where beauty and wellbeing meet genuine connection. Away from the salon, she channels her creativity into writing, painting, and singing, and finds balance in nature’s quiet inspiration.
Sarah Jane
Sarah Jane graduated from The Galligan College of Beauty in 2002 with CIBTAC, ITEC, and CIDESCO qualifications—the highest international standards in beauty therapy. She has been a valued member of the Esthétique team since 2005, bringing over 20 years of expertise and care to her clients, many of whom she has looked after since the very beginning of her career.
Specialising in facials and waxing, Sarah Jane was honoured as a finalist in the IBPA Facial Therapist of the Year awards in 2006, 2007 and 2008. A Dermalogica Expert and trained in Hollywood waxing, she combines advanced knowledge with a warm, approachable manner. Her focus is always on ensuring that every client leaves feeling relaxed, confident, and truly cared for.
Away from the salon, Sarah Jane treasures time with her two children at their matches, enjoys keeping active with reformer Pilates and the gym, and loves sharing a good meal with her husband and friends.
Eve
Eve’s journey into beauty began early, growing up in her mother’s salon and developing a deep appreciation for the transformative power of the industry. Combining her interest in psychology with her love for beauty, she sees her role as both enhancing her clients’ appearance and lifting their spirits. For the past four years, she has been an integral part of the Esthétique team, where every client is welcomed like family.
Specialising in waxing, spray tanning, lash lifts, eyebrow shaping, eyebrow/lash tinting and pedicures, Eve is also training in semi-permanent eyebrow tattooing, expanding her artistry and skill. She believes beauty is about more than appearance—it’s about confidence, wellbeing, and being truly heard. Outside the salon, she finds joy and balance in singing, a passion that mirrors the creativity and care she brings to her work.
